Overview

Using LEGO® Serious Play®, participants construct models that represent their current reality, strategic challenges and future opportunities. These models make complex issues tangible, allowing teams to explore relationships, dependencies and uncertainties more effectively.

Scenarios can be tested, risks explored and opportunities identified through an iterative, hands-on process. The result is a strategy that is also deeply understood, aligned and owned by the people responsible for executing it.
