This diverse experience allows him to offer a unique perspective on a wide range of communication topics including navigating difficult conversation with different stakeholders, creating world-class product presentation, transforming technical presentation with storytelling and many more.

Shin Chze’s passion towards applying behavioral science in his training led him to becoming a Cialdini Certified Coach, where he applies the science of persuasion with teaching from Dr. Robert Cialdini, a renowned authority in the field of social psychology. As a communication skills trainer at the global learning portal, Udemy.com, he has has since acquired over 2,500 students across 105 countries. Shin Chze is also a member of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP) (UK).
