Overview

Many teams struggle not because of lack of talent but because of misalignment. This workshop is designed to rapidly build alignment by making individual perspectives visible and turning them into a shared understanding.

Using LEGO® Serious Play®, participants engage in a structured, hands-on process where they build models to express how they see the team, their roles and the challenges they face. This approach enables deeper reflection and dialogue, allowing hidden issues, tensions and unspoken expectations to surface in a constructive way.

Through guided facilitation, the team moves from individual viewpoints to a collective model of how the team operates today and how it should operate moving forward. The process integrates both individual and team-level insights, strengthening relationships while aligning around shared goals and ways of working.
